Ethics Symposiom

Filed under: Uncategorized — ethicalmary @ 10:03 pm

Eleven of us went to the Ethics Symposium this evening. I was proud of the students and how they conducted themselves. The speaker was interesting and easy to listen to. We learned about right to die/allowing someone to die issues and the development of technology. Because a presentation will be made in class, I will reserve any lengthy indication of content. Watch for posts from class members about the event. Hats off to all involved.

  1. I really enjoyed the Ethics Symposuim. It was really interesting listening to Bill Colby talking about his case about Nancy Kruzan and how he took her case to the suprem court. He also talked about bio-ethics which is what mine and Brent’s speach will be about next Thursday. He talked about a living will, which each and every one of us should have. Thanks Mary, for the oppertunity for allowing us to go.

  3. I also enjoyed the symposium very much.It was very interesting to hear what he had to say and his thoughts. His story he told about Nancy was very interesting as well. I also wanted to tell you that if I am late on any blogs on here it’s because my internet has been down since friday and we just got it running tonight.
